Approval By Parents/Guardians

We have read the requirements for membership in the Pathfinder Club and hereby clarify that applicate has reached the age of 10 years or over. We are willing and desirous that he/she becomes a Pathfinder. As parents/guardians, we understand that the Pathfinder Club program is an active one for the applicant. it includes many opportunities for service, adventure, and fun. We will cooperate by: - Learning how we can assist the applicant and his leaders. -Encouraging the applicant to take an active part in all activates. -Attending events to which parents are invited. -Assisting club leaders and by serving as leaders if called upon. -By purchasing Pathfinder uniforms and insurance through the club treasurer.

Dear Pathfinder Leaders:

I would like to encourage you and your Pathfinders to view our Virtual Pathfinder Convocation which will take place on Sabbath February 6 from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. The Theme of the Convocation is Hope and Joy. We want to emphasize the Hope and Joy that Jesus can offer us in contrast to the fear and despair so many of us are currently experiencing. Our speaker for the convocation will be Johanna Amaya Dominguez from the 

Spanish American Seventh Day Adventist

What is the Pathfinder Club?

Pathfinder is a activity based organization especially designed for 10 - 15 years old. It is an international uniformed organization that is sponsored by the local Seventh-day Adventist churches and operated by trained volunteers.

The program provides opportunity to develop self-worth in a fun and caring environment, develop an appreciation of Christian spirituality ad its role in personal lifestyle. It aids in the development of leadership and positive group skills, teamwork and fun problem solving experiences. With a focus on developing skills in outdoor and environmental issues through practical camping, hiking nature study ad other outdoor adventure activities. Exposing those involved to a wide range of skills crafts arts and other practical skill. Teaching the awareness of joy in serving others ad the  understanding of opportunities within community needs in addition encouraging a good healthy lifestyle that says no to any drugs or any other harmful substances.
