So you’re thinking of visiting BP Church for the first time and you’re not sure what to expect when you get here. Here is some info that might help make your first visit easier.
WHAT’S IT LIKE AT BP Church?
We are a growing group of passionate Christians who love God, love people, and search out ways to serve the world around us.
We gather Saturday mornings for worship in music, teaching from the Bible, and getting to know one another. All this happens in a contemporary setting with no real expectations of our guests.
Here are a few tips:
- There is no dress code at BP Church – many people dress casually and some dress up. It’s up to you! Everyone is welcome.
- Song lyrics, readings, quotes, and Bible references are usually available on the big screen behind the band or the speaker so that you can follow along.
- If you have a Bible, or Bible app, please bring it with you. If you do not own a Bible, that’s not a problem. We would like to lend you one just asking one of the leaders of the church.
- We have a blended worship style which means you will hear mostly contemporary music and also some of the good old hymns done with a contemporary twist.
- Our church has comfortable padded benches, and everyone has a great view of the stage.
IS THERE SOMETHING FOR MY KIDS?
Kids are important to us, and we believe in equipping them to make a positive difference in the world. At BP church, we provide biblical and interactive programs where kids can connect with their peers and develop a relationship with Jesus. There are a lot of kids of all ages here and we’re committed to providing a safe and fun environment for them.
They’ll love to come to church each week!

Learning Classes happens every Saturday morning in the classroom located from the park lot to the hallway. They are well marked. There are age-appropriate classes for everyone, from newborns to 17-year-olds and they start at 10:30 am on regular worship days and 9:30 am on special events and 1st Saturday of the month.
- There’s a large parents room just right of the church lobby which is open during our worship service for parents with young children who are uncomfortable in the main church. You can view and listen to the service behind big glass window, so you won’t miss a thing.

- Teen, Youth, & Adult Learning Groups – Regular Saturdays @ 10:40 am or 1st of the Month and special events Saturdays @ 9:30 am
- Worship Service – Regular Saturdays @ 11:50 am or 1st of the Month and special events Saturdays @ 11:00 am
HOW DO I GET THERE AND WHERE DO I PARK?
We are located at 13965 Romona Parkway; MAP
The parking lot is on the Stewart Ave. You can also park on the street on Stewart Avenue or Romona Parkway
When you come through the parking lot or the front of the church you will be welcome by a friendly person to help you with direction and question.
